The app "works", but I find the UI clunky and frustrating in some areas. I also get frequent "System Error (500)" messages despite nothing seemingly being wrong. Most importantly for why I'm giving it one star: it has pasted from my clipboard without me actively allowing it twice when opening the app (Android notifies you when an app accesses your clipboard!). Even if it's just a bug and it isn't using the clipboard data, that's still a massive privacy/security concern.

I apologize for the poor experience. Currently, clipboard information is only obtained for the purpose of implementing the template sharing feature. Based on your feedback, we will optimize this feature by actively asking for the user's consent before obtaining clipboard information in future updates.

App works. It's kind of old school clunky but useable. the printing quality of the labels is good. I didn't have any connection issues. My one concern is while connected to the printer and using the app my phone got very hot & my battery drained very quickly. On par with playing Pokemon go outside in the sun on a warm day. I can't fathom what the app is doing that would require so much resource use.

For the price the quality is really good. The size is great to throw in a purse of bag for on the go or mobile businesses. The problem I'm having is, the printer keeps disconnecting from my phone. I keep having to pair each time I turn the printer off/on. Also I'm trying to login to my Nelko account from my tablet and it won't allow the printer to connect.
